Qualification Requirement
All beneficiaries must have a documented registration at a licensed-to-practice primary healthcare, clinic, medical center or hospital
All beneficiary must be under the care of qualified and licensed medical practitioners majorly a medical doctor, Nurse, Pharmacist, Laboratory scientist and Anesthesiologist.
All beneficiary must have need for the medication applied for; he or she or they must be of low-class (less privileged) in the society or a clear proof showing inability to pay for the cost of the medication prescribed for them
